5. AI Processing and Uploaded Photos
Deco AI uses artificial intelligence to generate visual design concepts from your uploaded photos, prompts, selected styles, and related inputs.
To provide this functionality, your User Content may be processed by third-party AI service providers or infrastructure providers. This processing is performed only as needed to generate, display, store, improve, or secure the design results you request.
You should only upload photos and materials that you have the right to use. You should avoid uploading images that contain sensitive personal information, private documents, financial information, government identification, or photos of people who have not consented to such use.
Generated designs are intended for inspiration and visualization. They may not be accurate, unique, complete, structurally feasible, or suitable for construction or renovation decisions without independent professional review.
6. Legal Bases for Processing
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on the following legal bases:

- Consent: for optional processing such as certain marketing communications, push notifications, or non-essential cookies where consent is required.
- Legal obligation: where processing is necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or valid legal requests.
- Establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims: where necessary to protect our legal rights.
You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal will not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.

10. International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States, and our Service Providers may process information in the United States or other countries. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.

12. Push Notifications
With your permission, we may send push notifications about design results, product updates, reminders, promotions, or account-related information.
You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, app stores, platforms, services, or content that we do not operate or control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of third-party services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing information to them.
